The Affixes to the games names, are all keys to the gameworld it belongs to:
(DL) = Dragonlance (FR) = Forgotten Realms
(SJ) = Spelljammer (DS) = Dark Sun
(RL) = Ravenloft (PS) = Planescape
(Misc) = Miscellaneous

I am providing links behind the game pics to locations in which copies can hopefully be acquired. Some are still licensed and will have to be purchased (if at all possible) but others are free for you to download. Alas, I cannot guarantee all will work as I simply do not know. Please alert me if such is the case, and I'll either try and get it sorted, or locate a site where a working copy can be acquired. Thanks to the sites in the Abandonware genre.
